Louis-Charles Gagnon trained as an engineer at the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) in Montréal. He co-founded LS2 Innovation, an EdTech software publisher serving more than 50 colleges, universities, and CEGEPs across Quebec, France, and Belgium. LS2 develops three products that integrate higher-education student information systems (SIS/ERP) with the platforms teachers and students actually use: Teameo (Microsoft Teams workspace for higher education), Classeo (Moodle integration and class management), and Calendo (calendar synchronization across Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Google Calendar). LS2 Innovation is a Microsoft Partner.

In parallel he is co-founder of Scolago, a separate venture in the student / education space. He produces AI and Future Tech content under the Genius AI banner.
